Due to many inquiries, and prayerful deliberation, Michael Kapeluck of Archangel Icons has decided to teach again.

He is offering five Intensive Icon Workshops from April through August. He will be accepting no more than 3 students per workshop, and they are open to beginners as well as more experienced students. All workshops will take place in his studio in Carnegie, PA. We will be creating a 12 x 16” icon using JoSonja acrylic techniques. Classes will also include prayer, discussions on technique, history, and theology of the icon.

Students will also have access to the studio’s 300+ book library. The workshop fee is $550 USD and includes 40+ hours of instruction and all materials. Lodging and meals are not included. If you are interested, please contact him and work out the details.
