Doors of War, a documentary film is based on an art installation by Ruslan Kurt, a Ukrainian artist & activist, who moved to Canada as a refugee after the full invasion by Russia in February 2022. To illustrate the tragedies faced by the millions of Ukrainians who were forced to cross their doorsteps to escape the Russian troops, Ruslan Kurt uses doors damaged by the war bringing stark awareness to this horrendous and distressing situation.
