2022 Annual Appreciation Dinner held at SVCC

On December 5th our St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre (SVCC), located in Oakville, once again and graciously hosted the annual “Appreciation Dinner” event on behalf of all of the three St. Volodymyr organizations. After a long 2-year Covid restriction, the SVCC staff team were able to host once again the evening celebration in recognition of both the volunteers and staff in the St. Volodymyr Cathedral of Toronto, St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Cemetery and St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre. The dinner was attended by 60-65 volunteers, staff members and immediate families. The presidents from each organization took the opportunity to thank each of their staff members and their families support, who made it possible for their organizations to continue operating during the hard times of Covid and day-to-day basis.

Fr. Jaroslaw Buciora thanked ALL of the volunteers who give their “spirit and energy” to the Church’s existence. The life of the Church is only made possible by its volunteers along with its hard-working staff. Thank you all.
