Our parish of St. Volodymyr is once again joining the worldwide generosity movement of #GIVINGTUESDAY on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

We are at a critical moment right now post-COVID where our parish is in dire need of faith and community programming to strengthen the parish and welcome the community and newcomers into our church.

Your (and your predecessors’) financial support over the years allowed us to build this church, the cultural centre, the chapel and much, much more. In turn, this support allowed us to support the rapidly growing Ukrainian (and Ukrainian Orthodox) community of the 1950s and onwards.

The Ukrainian community in Toronto is undeniably established and thriving, however, the Ukrainian Orthodox community has become quiet over the years. As the CATHEDRAL of the Ukrainian Orthodox community, we are called to lead the way and to become the example.

And so, this GivingTuesday we ask for your support as we begin to plan for the 2024 programming year (more details to come!).
