Photos from the Monastery Visit (July 2023)
On Saturday July 15, 2023, over 30 parish members and friends visited the female Greek Orthodox monastery of St. Kosmas Aitolos in Bolton. They participated in the Divine Liturgy, many receiving Holy Communion, followed by a small communal meal prepared by the nuns and a tour of the grounds. The pilgrims (people who visit a monastery or holy place) also had a chance to see and venerate the beautiful icons there.
