2Co 6:16
What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, "I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
2Co 6:17
Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you,
2Co 6:18
and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty."
2Co 7:1
Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

Saint John the Apostle, 4:12-19
Jn 4:12
No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwells in us, and His love is perfected in us.
1Jn 4:13
By this we know that we dwell in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
1Jn 4:14
And we have seen and testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
1Jn 4:15
Whoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwells in him and he in God.
1Jn 4:16
And we have known and believed the love that God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
1Jn 4:17
In this is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, that as He is, so also we are in this world.
1Jn 4:18
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment. He who fears has not been perfected in love.
1Jn 4:19
We love Him because He first loved us.

Бога не бачив ніколи ніхто. Коли один одного любимо, то Бог в нас пробуває, а любов Його в нас удосконалилась.
1Іо 4:13
Що ми пробуваємо в Ньому, а Він у нас, пізнаємо це тим, що Він дав нам від Духа Свого.
1Іо 4:14
І ми бачили й свідчимо, що Отець послав Сина Спасителем світу.
1Іо 4:15
Коли хто визнає, що Ісус то Син Божий, то в нім Бог пробуває, а він у Бозі.
1Іо 4:16
Ми познали й увірували в ту любов, що Бог її має до нас. Бог є любов, і хто пробуває в любові, пробуває той в Бозі, і в нім Бог пробуває!
1Іо 4:17
Любов удосконалюється з нами так, що ми маємо відвагу на день судний, бо який Він, такі й ми на цім світі.
1Іо 4:18
Страху немає в любові, але досконала любов проганяє страх геть, бо страх має муку. Хто ж боїться, той не досконалий в любові.
1Іо 4:19
Ми любимо Його, бо Він перше нас полюбив.

And going out from there, Jesus withdrew to the parts of Tyre and Sidon.

And behold, a woman of Canaan coming out of these borders cried to Him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is grievously vexed with a demon.
Mat 15:23
But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came and begged Him, saying, Send her away, for she cries after us.
Mat 15:24
But He answered and said, I am not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Mat 15:25
Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, Lord, help me!
Mat 15:26
But He answered and said, It is not good to take the children's bread and to throw it to dogs.
Mat 15:27
And she said, True, O Lord; but even the little dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' tables.
Mat 15:28
Then Jesus answered and said to her, O woman, great is your faith! So be it to you even as you wish. And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

And His mother stood by the cross of Jesus, and His mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.

Then when Jesus saw His mother and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, Woman, behold your son!
Joh 19:27
Then He said to the disciple, Behold your mother! And from that hour that disciple took her into his own home.
Joh 21:24
This is the disciple who testifies of these things and wrote these things. And we know that his testimony is true.
Joh 21:25
And there are also many things, whatever Jesus did, which, if they should be written singly, I suppose the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen
Repose of the Apostle and
Evangelist John the Theologian
According to tradition, St. John the Apostle was assisted by St. Prochoros in writing the Gospel According to St. John. St. John, "Son of Thunder" (Mark 3:17), was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. John and his brother, the Apostle James, were fishermen by trade, like their father Zebedee. John is believed to be the youngest Apostle and also "the beloved disciple" of Christ (John 13:23; 21:7,20). On the Cross, Jesus entrusted His mother, the Virgin Mary, to John's care (John 19:26, 27). John was a "pillar" of the church in Jerusalem, and later moved to Ephesus. He served as the leading authority ("Elder," or "presbyter," in 2 John 1) of Ephesus for the remainder of his ministry. During the reign of the tyrannical Roman Emperor Domitian (A.D. 81-96), John was exiled to the nearby island of Patmos, where he wrote Revelation (also called the Apocalypse). Upon the emperor's death he returned to Ephesus to resume his episcopacy and to write his Gospel.
John is the first of only three saints in history to be named by the Church "the Theologian," because of the profundity of his Gospel, which has been called "the spiritual Gospel." The New Testament contains four other books attributed to John: three letters (1, 2, and 3 John), written about 90 A.D., and the Book of Revelation, written about 95 A.D.
St. John the Apostle was almost one hundred years old when he died, about 96-100 A.D.

І ось жінка Хананейська вийшла з тих країв і взивала до Нього, кажучи: змилуйся надо мною, Господи, сину Давидів! Дочка моя тяжко біснується.
Мт 15:23
Він же ні слова до неї не промовив. І підійшли до Нього ученики Його й благали, кажучи: Відпусти її, бо вона кричить за нами вслід.
Мт 15:24
А Він озвавшись сказав: Мене послано тільки до погибших овець дому Ізраїлевого.
Мт 15:25
Вона ж приступила й поклонилась Йому, кажучи: Господи! Поможи мені!
Мт 15:26
Він же, озвавшись, сказав: Не по правді було б взяти хліб у дітей і кинути псам.
Мт 15:27
Вона ж сказала: Так, Господи, але ж і пси їдять крихти, що падають із стола господарів їх.
Мт 15:28
Тоді Ісус, озвавшись, сказав їй: О жінко, велика віра твоя; нехай
буде тобі, як ти хочеш. І одужала дочка її з того часу.

Під хрестом же Ісуса стояли Його мати, і сестра Його матері, Марія Клеопова, і Марія Магдалина.

Як побачив Ісус матір та учня, що стояв тут, якого любив, то каже до матері: Оце, жоно, твій син!
Ін 19:27
Потім каже до учня: Оце мати твоя! І з тієї години той учень узяв її до себе.
Ін 21:24
Це той учень, що свідчить про це, що й оце написав. І знаємо ми, що правдиве свідоцтво його!
Ін 21:25
Багато є й іншого, що Ісус учинив. Але думаю, що коли б написати про все те зокрема про кожне, то й сам світ не вмістив би написаних книг! Амінь.
